WhaleGPT is operated as an independent editorial research and educational technology project. Trading name: WhaleGPT. Service domain: whalegpt.io.
Full corporate name, registration number, registered office and tax identification will be disclosed on this page once incorporation is finalised in the relevant jurisdiction. In the interim, all legal correspondence is handled through the contact form below and is recorded in our internal legal register.
Editorial responsibility
WhaleGPT publishes educational content — including the Trading Bible, the Pro Kit, the Playbook and the Masterclass — based on independent editorial research from publicly available sources (shareholder letters, published interviews, regulatory filings, books and academic papers). Editorial responsibility for all content rests with the WhaleGPT editorial team.
Regulatory status
WhaleGPT is not registered as, and does not hold any licence as, an investment advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, fund manager, payment institution, e-money issuer, crypto exchange or trading venue in any jurisdiction. It is not authorised or supervised by the SEC, FINRA, FCA, CONSOB, BaFin, FINMA, CFTC, ASIC, MAS, DFSA, FSRA, VARA, SCA or any other supervisory authority. Names, marks, photographs and case studies referring to third-party investors, firms and funds (including, without limitation, Berkshire Hathaway, Soros Fund Management, Bridgewater Associates, Tudor Investment Corp., Oaktree Capital Management, Renaissance Technologies, Citadel and others) are used for editorial, critical and educational purposes only, in reliance on fair-use / fair-dealing / right-of-quotation principles. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the parties mentioned.
Hosting and technology providers
The service is delivered through edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers), with authentication, database and storage hosted on Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Email is delivered via Resend. These providers act as processors on our behalf.
